How to pay in Euros by post?

I need this for a DBS check - because I studied in Italy for a year, I need a certificate (Certificato del casellario giudiziale) from the Italian Judicial Records Office. It's a straightforward form, but you have to enclose a small fee with it, and I can't find any way to do this. Postal orders and bankers drafts from a bank can no longer be issued in Euros. They say do not enclose cash.
There must be a way of paying, or no-one who has recently studied or worked abroad would be be able to get work in the childcare / education sector. Any suggestions on a way to make this payment? Many thanks!

Please note that the acceptable payment methods (eg. international bankers draft, postal cheque, eurogiro etc) of the amount due for issuing a certificate (stamp duty and/or certificate fee and postage costs) differ according to the country from which the certificate is requested and relevant applicable Conventions. It is therefore necessary to ask the Ufficio del casellario [Judicial Records Office] to which the application is going to be sent what is the appropriate payment method to use.

WHILst I Understand the Importance Of Having A Dbs done I Recently applied and got a job Submitted the on line dbs form gone throught the first 3 stages been on stage 4 ever since i feel if its not done soon the job may be withdrawn so why does stage 4 LPF take so long?ive lived in my home 22 years so how hard can it be for our Lpf to do a check?!!!!! so Angry and will be if my job offer is withdrawn

I would just be dishonest and do the dbs again, omitting Italy from the list and saving yourself the trouble.

If not, easiest way would be paying into an appropriate government bank account (ask them) or going to italy for a few days and going to the office, though. If Italian beurocracy is anything like what I imagine.

I'm also waiting on one at the moment. Can't start earning till it's done. I wouldnt worry about the job offer though, if it needs a DBS the employer will be well used to it.

Stage 4 is always the bottleneck. It requires the police to type something into a computer and see if anything comes up, so obviously they need two months to do that.

It is possible to get compensation for DBS delays, in fact it's such a common problem that there are no-win-no-fee law firms specialising in little else. If your employer is going to withdraw your offer of employment because of the delay to your DBS then ask them to give you this information in writing, and hang on to that along with details of what you would have been earning, when you should have started work etc.
