He survived only to repeatedly get his arse kicked by Mario and sometimes his brother Luigi. I believe Princess Peach may also have kicked his arse.

they're pretty tough. I knew a 110 lb Goldie, had a Kong. the dog died but the Kong is still with us.

The 70s Kong lives and there is a sequel called Kong Lives ! to prove it. In it he survived his fall from the World Trade Centre and gets a heart transplant and then he goes on to knob "Lady Kong". Has to be seen to be believed.

he carefully places Fay on the roof of the building before he's gunned down and falls off. kong makes sure that she's safe. he's not some kind of monster who'd get her killed.

I think the whole thing is on youtube. Not like there’s going to be much on tv for the next anyway.

Either of the remakes are interesting but failures.
