I may be behind the times here but just been sent the you tube clip of the man himself on David Letterman.

Even if you're not a fan of films such as gummo, julian donkey boy or kids (which he just wrote and didn't direct), this clip is great enough to watch in it's own right, he holds his own well imo

Couldn't watch that link. As soon as Letterman characterised him as odd, you knew we would be fighting the interviewer's prejudices as much as anything. Anyone know how far he got with the film of himself being beaten up by random strangers he'd provoked?

Never really heard of him until he did the Budweiser adverts as I know Dave Cloud, the old guy whose the band leader and was also in Gummo. Must check his films out.
