Apparently this Olympics will feature golf. Can't say I'm looking forward to it.

You'd think they might make things a bit more Olympicy with a quick-fire putting tournament or something, perhaps with some crazy golf elements to really show off those skills. It could be held in an indoor arena and make for a really electric atmosphere.

But no, they're having a 72 hole slog across a specially made course which looks like reclaimed wasteland/wetland:
