Gita: a robot to carry your stuff around

This may have some real uses. Disabled people may appreciate having a robot to take the load, and perhaps health care crews too.

Meet 'Gita'. It can carry up to 40 pounds, follow you around and use 3D mapping to navigate through urban spaces. Gita has 8 hours of battery life.

That thing would be even more annoying than people with pointless little wheeley suitcases, who walk about oblivious to the thing they're trailing behind them. If it was massive , size of a small truck, that would solve a problem.

I get the impression someone has seen Star Wars and wanted their own droid.

It follows you now but in future it will steal your blueprints and run off with them.

Gita carry my shopping!
