Help Getting embedded Spotify playlist to play more than 30 seconds on Wordpress site

This is doing my freaking nugget in.
I've tried all the solutions offered here (and I'm logged into Spotify on my browser) and I can still only get 30 second samples of each song.

The <iframe> contain the allow="encrypted-media" attribute. Any ideas?

Given that the ones on their own dev documentation page

behave the same way for me (Android Chrome) I would suggest it's not you. Perhaps it's rolled out incrementally and not every user gets it yet. Edit: oh, I noticed the original documentation is from 2018. Are you sure it's still current?

It might be a licensing issue, that it can only play 30 sec of a track unless it's on the official Spotify site or app

I've no idea but I have found websites where their embedding works fine and some people in the help threads seem to have got it working.

Got an example of it working?

Also the current state of your own test one doesn't appear to have allow="encrypted-media"

Oh I tried that and every other version of the code I've seen online.

Let me add the 'solutions' I've tried (I'm not using Gutenberg though)

Actually, they work for me in Firefox, don't work in Chrome, desktop or mobile. Yours works in Firefox even without the allows attribute.
