From 1:28, George Martin on harpisord:
or "Didn't George Harrison die already?"For a moment there I was thinking oh noes what's going to happen to Game of Thrones

I didn't hear the interview, but as I understood it he played it on piano. He'd written a part to fit with the guitar parts but when he tried playing along to the tape he couldn't play it at the right tempo, so he exactly halved the speed of the tape (not because he could only play it half speed, but so it'd stay in the same key), then recorded his part along to the slowed down backing. When played back at normal speed, the ornamentations he'd played sound like harpsichord trills. They played an interview with him on the radio this morning and he said, if I understood correctly, that he played the guitar part at half speed and then speeded it up which creates a harpsichord effect.
That's Tony you're thinking of. George Tony.He should never have shot that gypsy lad
The Beatles were extraordinarily lucky to have him.
This might help you understandNo offense to George. RIP.
But... Why is anything to do with the Beatles treated with such reverence.
Yeah they were good but you'd think that they invented all music the way the British press bang on about them.
