Frozen Synapse free steam voucher. FIRST IN?

I have a voucher that's appeared in Steam.

I think it's saying that I can give a free copy to someone.

I presume I've either misunderstood the nature of this voucher, OR Frozen Synapse is widely considered shit (or owned by everyone who'd want it) OR people - perhaps rightly - are concerned that I'm only interested in harvesting their Steam identity as a short-cut to harvesting their organs.

I have it already. Can only imagine that it came as a double pack, or similar. I'll double check it's in my DLs / available, but I'm pretty sure it is. Duplicated as part of a bundle, maybe? Think I bought the game separately at first.

Think I've only got two steam friends, and this has been around for longer than them I'll double check. If its all good, I'll let you know & you can pm me whatever I need to send it.
