Ive had to close the cafe/bar ive been running for the past year until i can find alternative premises, so have a kitchen full of frozen & canned/ dried foods that need a new home until i do so. Ive already given quite a lot to those in need locally to me, but theres still quite a lot left. If theres anyone that needs a bag of groceries & can get to me, please message me to collect ( this has to be by appointment only as this will only give the landlord another reason to be a arshole). We are based in the Barking / Dagenham / Goodmayes area.
