Fixing dodgy estate agent images

This could have gone in the software forum, but maybe here's a better place?

Anyway, I was wondering if there's a way to 'fix' these kinds of images, whether manually or otherwise:

There's clearly some manipulation gone on here, it's an estate agent picture, afterall. But the weird angle of the radiator is surely not close to how that looks in real life. I don't think this is a fish eye lens, either. So some skewing and stretching then?

Is it possible to take the above image and de-skew it to get a more accurate representation of the room's dimensions/proportions? Or is it not possible without a reference of some sort?

Most estate agent's photographs are taken with a wide angle lenses, I think this room looks distorted because of the angle and an extremely wide lens but that's all.

Not sure what's going on with the radiator but don't expect agents to simply use a wide angle lens - often they like to do more editing than that e.g. this one opted for the collage approach to fit more of the room in a single picture:

Do you know that room? Because to me it looks like a badly installed radiator.
ETA: with the fisheye lens making the effect worse.

I just did a quick perspective adjustment in photoshop - it's far from perfect but this was the result:

I think it's just the angle making the radiator look wonky, it looks straight from this view point:

Currently dealing with estate agents and the worst thing is I'm not sure if this is wit or not.

Estate agent photography is hilariously bad, the fake blue skies, the weird coffee table sized sofas and sofa sized coffee tables. I'm sure a few years ago 360 cams were becoming commonplace but they seem to have died a death for some reason. Perhaps they were too good at reflecting reality.
