Female vocalist wanted for new indie band

Hello, I'm looking to start an indie band with a female lead singer.

Style: Beach House, Cigarettes After Sex, Mazzy Star, etc.

You are preferably: Aged 25-30, in or close to Brixton, committed enough to meet up a few times per week to get some fantastic songs recorded, passionate about good music, have good taste when it comes to visuals, and above all cool

I imagine it's more about finding musicians who are a similar age rather than any notion of 'coolness.'

Be fair. They've probably got the greatest set of songs since the Beatles and the best drummer since Animal. Why would they blow their commercial potential by getting a singer who's 32?
