Facebook hack

Not mine but someone has hacked my friends FB business page, changed all the photos, name and web links , they have also set up 2 factor authentication so she cant get into the account.

When she tries to report it or i try and report it it says get them to go to facebook.com/hacked, but when she tries to log in to report it she cant.

She has sent a report to them over a week ago and not had any acknowledgement from them, you cant speak to anyone and there doesn't seem to be a support email address to contact, my friend is understandably tearing her hair out.

Any ideas how we can get this fixed please?

I cannot believe a company as big as FB is so utterly useless when it comes to this kind of thing.

Agreed but fb seem to be the most unhelpful.

After a bit of digging the company that appears to have hacked my friend does actually seem to have a website run by shopify so Ive contacted them as they should have details of the company.

I've also posted a comment on one of the photos saying we have their ip and location ( we dont )
