Double DNF for Toro Rosso is interesting, nothing on the cars suspension appears to have broken and if it were just driver error they wouldn't have needed to retire. Honda have an upgraded power-unit for this race and I'm wondering if it was the engine mapping. I hope we find out what it was.

Its time they changed the grid penalties so they effect the team only not the driver, after all the driver doesn't build the fucking engine
