I wouldn't have thought so, they went for the under-cut going onto the ultras and if they had come out in front of Lewis, this would have been a very different race as i don't think Lewis would have caught him on those tyres

Yes, but they definitely relayed the wrong info to Vettel about Lewis' tyre condition, which means they were probably working off the wrong assumptions themselves. Hamilton easily covered Vettel's hot lap (was quicker I think). In fact i think Mercedes could have stayed out for a couple more laps and stayed with the pace.

I actually think this result has possibly been influenced by a miss-hearing.

Vettel's Race Engineer: "Hamilton reporting there's no life left in his tyres."

Vettel: "I don't believe him."

Pit was no more than two laps later. Who knows?

It has a high trust rating, Chrome often gives a warning for sites with pop-ups

Perez really fucked his own team today, racing point could have been 7th and 8th today but got a DNF and 16th

I'm really looking forward to see how Honda preform with Red Bull next season, Red Bull clearly have something great going on with their engine department as the power-unit is miles better than their supplier, Renault.

For them to win championship they need to have their own manufacture ICE, I hope they get Honda up to speed by testing next year

Yup. The heat and the nature of the track are exhausting. Not just the physical pressure on the drivers but constantly driving on the edge this far into the season.
