Ted has just said that both Pat Symonds and himself have spoken to Charlie about the Ferrari and Charlie could refer it to Jo Bauer the FIA technical delegate, so I guess we will hear something before Russia. The car is currently passed as legal as it has passed all the FIA tests, but as with the Red Bull front wing it could be that the FIA will change the test, if they believe it breaks the sprite of the rules
