Fairly solid defence, but the squad weakens going through midfield (Erikson stands alone here) and a very ropey attack.

What a mess. Its pretty unbelievable that neither Lopetegui or Madrid thought they should mention it to the Spanish FA. Why not just keep them in the loop and have an agreement in principle in place to be fully sorted after the tournament?

Yeah, pretty much this, as mentioned Welcome to the World Cup 2018 forum! there.
I've been there, spent a month travelling around, love the people, the places, the festivals, the mountains etc. They won't do any good but it's probably the one country I know that I can genuinely get behind.
