check the links yourselves if you give a shit,. Which you don't. More fool YOU if it turns to rain!
Seeing as we are going anyway, and will take rain gear just in case - what difference does it make what the forcast says.

Without looking I can guess we will have some windy days (it being on a hill) with some sun and some spots of rain, some of which may or may not be heavy.

@ WoW :D yeah and the thousand other things that i have listed in my head!

I'm taking the car and have visions of me having loadsa fruit and french stick and humous and olives!!!!!! I have the olives just gotta remember them.

hmm and i was gonna get a solar shower (£7.99:cool: )

My tent's fucking hilarious. Looks like it doesn't fit my height at all

Does that come with alien instant underfoot drying technology?

ive read through the past few pages and i can't see owt, but cheg tells me no glass. is this the case? and if so, what are others doing in terms of bringing booze etc :)

Decanting into plastic. Lidl do really cheap water, as do tesco. Treat yourself to a spring water bath Thurs night ;)

Well that's not a forecast! ;)

I don't think we'll get much rain if any, maybe more cloudy now than promised yesterday :(

But it DOES make a difference -- me suspects you weren't at either Glastonbury and WOMAD this year, both of which were forecast to be, and were, absolute mudbaths.

The more than evens prospect, after those, of a mainly dry and pleasant one makes a BIG difference!

Yeah if it is going to be torrential then that's a problem. But will still go. However it is likely to be the usual summer mix, so the weather forecast isn't that useful.

I ust want to go to a festival i can sit on the grass at without risk of drowning...it doesn't seem so very much to ask...

Lattitude was pure sunny Bliss!

Endorset will be ok, I hope....

Lattitude was pure sunny Bliss!

you're not making any friends you know ;) :p

so do you urban lot have some form of meet then? it'd be good to come and poke william again (in an ecumenical sense obviously)

i know it doesn't look great, but it's not going to be a mudbath whatever happens. Last year was pretty grey all weekend and everyone had a fantastic time, so i think we should all quit fretting..

A bit of water never hurt anyone...etc...etc. Plus EIID looks to have enough covered spaces to cope

EXACTLY. And if you asked me what the weather was like last year - well, I'd tell you it was rum and wigs and shisha - these are the things I remember.... since when did this weather thing matter so much?!?!? it's not like we've got miles to traipse to different parts of the site. you can see the stage from the beer tent, and probably just about every other tent or stall too....

I'm sick of waiting.

We're going down tomorrow so I'm going to come and watch you all set up tent on friday and help/interfere :)

I'm quite excited over the fact that I might actually need to use a mallet to get my tent pegs in for a change!
