You'll love it chegs :)

Especally now that news is confirmed** that the Tofu Love Frogs are reforming to perform this festival  :D

**As posted on efestivals by Goff, drummer, only yesterday :)

News that will delight entire tens of veterans of dodgy little tents and ministages at festivals a few years back :p

looks nice & small & good ciders & some nice dub and reggae acts and that. Is it in pretty countryside?

Yeah but you can't see much in the way of views. Too many drunken crusties in the way ;)

They only had their first rehearsal on Monday, must have gone alright if they've booked a festy already (better organised than they used to be!). Saw Goff on Sunday & he thought they'd missed the boat for this year's festies. They're probably up for doing some more if anyone can help arrange it.

When did this ever happen back in the day? Fires at festies used to be so part of the thing. Public liability insurance precludes, it's shite.
PLI is all part of the real fun side of festival organising and its comply with the rules, or not put the festival on.
Glad you're coming though TC , despite the lack of fires;)
Its really great to see such a positive response to the festival over here:)
We haven't done any advertising apart from via the internet and so far tickets are on a very steady flow out. We are however going to start flyering/advertising in the press etc, so if you're wavering ( particularly around bringing any family) please keep this in mind.

Almost certain to be free that weekend, and want to come. Just need to confirm a few factors and I will buy my ticket.

I'll do a bit of digging. Eg I have a contact on the Strawberry Fair committee, that one'd be ideal for em ... :) (Saturday 2nd June).

And if they don't mind travelling a million miles to the Far North of England Solfest (August Bank Holiday weekend) would probably suit them ... I know one of the organisers ...

I'll PM free spirit, he's the licensee/organiser for the Newcastle Green Fair in May ...

Don't have any Kingston Green Fair contacts, but maybe you do Sir B?

And the Okupational Hazard lot said here that they were dreaming up an open air event of some sort ;) this year ... near London ...

Those are just off the top of my head. There'll be other opportunities.

Father, if you want to send some flyers my way I'll put them around various camps & fests during the early part of the season. Doing the same for Knockengorroch.

They might be too soon for them as they've only started playing together again this week.
I don't know how often they'll rehearse as Ade doesn't live in London. Also, work commitments might get in the way of the further away festies (times have changed since they last played!)
I'll probably see one of them at the weekend to get the lowdown but I'm sure suggestions will be welcome.

Sir B, PM me once you know more of the score mate :)

You coming to Endorse It yourself? :)

I am going to running a tent too. Very strict admission policy though. And.. er.. not much room... er.. yeah I suppose it wasn't very funny.

The site is very cosy and small. You can sit in front of the main stage, feel a bit chilly, go back to the tent get a jumper and be back before the next song starts :)

From what I saw, the family field seemed the noisiest and busiest :D
 Awww its sounds like like glasto 20 years ago, where we would camp on the hill just opposite the pyramid stage, Ahhh those were the dayzzz

So can i camp in the family field even if i arent bringing me kids.

Hey Idaho - are you from dorset?

Mr founder Sir - Do you take cheques? coz my man is scared of using his card on the computer - he refuses point blamk and my card arent got enough moneys on it.

Ah Choc, wicked, I didn't know you were coming!:) :)

I've now 'officially' booked tickets, too. Did it a few weeks ago but it's gergl's birthday present so couldn't say until today.

No I live in Exeter. I think you can camp in the family field without kids, but I can't see why you would want to. I didn't find the other camping areas to be particularly raucous and always got a reasonable sleep.

Yep - the family area is also a quiet area for those in need.
We do take cheques - please email info@lgofestivals.com* for details
*edit - more efficient to email

Please do remember everyone, that it is tickets in advance only - there will be none on the gate.

and specially for WoW - no matter if it rains, the site is built on a flint/chalk strata, so should drain perfectly;)

:) Oo I'm glad i caught you,

I went to Big Bro records to pay for the tickets but the guy didnt have any ermm... tickety stuff - he said a few people had been in and he had to turn them away.
