This doesn't seem to be about economic fallout, perhaps you could amend the title or the op, the issue not so much the price but the way the food supplies for the middle East and parts of Africa have been disrupted by the war. Part of what triggered the Arab Spring hedge funds gaming the price of food, not a great war preventing the food reaching people

Ukraine is also one of the largest producers of sunflower oil, so that's another commodity that's likely to see shortages soon (as well as raised prices of other oils due to increased demand). Russia is also a very large producer. Quoth wikipedia:

Russia looking like it will default on foreign debt. It is changing regulations to allow payment in locally held rubles, but this won't be acceptable.

This won't be good for Putin.
