This doesn't seem to be about economic fallout, perhaps you could amend the title or the op, the issue not so much the price but the way the food supplies for the middle East and parts of Africa have been disrupted by the war. Ukraine is also one of the largest producers of sunflower oil, so that's another commodity that's likely to see shortages soon (as well as raised prices of other oils due to increased demand). Russia is also a very large producer. Quoth wikipedia:
Ukraine and Russia together accounted for 53% of the world's production of sunflower oil in 2018.
