There is an hourly service from london Bridge to Eastbourne departing at 45 past the hour (journey time 87 minutes) and continuing to Pevensey and Westham, which is the closest station to the ground at just over 1 mile away. I used this station for the FA Cup game, and whilst the walk was bearable if dull with a footpath on at least one side of the road and no hils, from memory there was no streetlighting for part of the way and obviously it will be dark on the way back this time.

For those wanting to stop off in Eastbourne itself there's a limited hourly bus service from Eastbourne station to Langney, where the ground is. Last one back at 5.15pm:

Otherwise your're looking at a cab to the ground. The ground address is Priory Lane, arrowed on linked map:

Just for clarity, there are major engineering works at Victoria so no coastal services from there. You can pick up the London Bridge trains at Norwood Junction or East Croydon.

And their new keeper was deservedly named as man of the match by their match sponsors. It was that sort of game.
He made a crucial save about 30 seconds before they took the lead, saving with his leg after a defensive slip let Banton through for a one on one. Well taken equaliser from Akinyemi, but their right back made a great run and cross for their centre forward to bag the winner with a header at the near post.

Indeed, plus a couple of other saves, including one at full stretch towards the end that looked goal bound.

Thought we were absolute soil tbh.
I wasn't impressed today, looked very slow and lazy for a lot of the game.
Their keeper did well to shot the what few shots we had out.
Dipo took the goal well but didn't seem his usual self for most of the game.
Any idea what the pushing and shoving was about? The ref repeatedly blowing the whistle at them did make me chuckle.

Banton should have done better to be fair.
