The Dolly Parton Imagination Library is posting free books every month to eligible 0-4yr old Lambeth residents. (That's 0-4, not 9-5.)
Seems like a really thoughtful and generous - not to mention huge - program.

"Once a child is registered, they will receive a book in post every month until their 5th birthday, which may be up to 60 books. Imagination Library books are specially selected, high-quality titles. The books are specially wrapped and addressed to the child, and are delivered at no cost to the family."
