Nowhere really. I was looking for North Korean pictures and just thought this was slightly bizarre, especially as it was listed as "spa" treatment.

I was also hoping someone could tell me exactly what was happening. Is it some kind of electric shock treatment?

I didn't even notice the wires until after I'd posted picture up.
