Looks like a Tory is trying to quietly remove the clause making it much more difficult for a company or business organisation to bring libel suits against people criticising the business as a whole, rather than specific individuals employed thereby.

Add that to the increased rate of privatisation of state functions, does this mean we won't now be able to crtiticise the roads, prisons, police, hospitals, schools etc. without fear of being sued? What a wonderful new age we are entering.
