I'm not laughing in his face, partly because I'm sitting in front of a computer and can't see his face and partly because I still have no idea what his views are, beyond the cliched lizard jokes, which is, I suspect, the truth for most of the people who take such pleasure in slating him.

*Shrugs* What can I say? I'm a hippy Agnostic type, I find his views (or what I know of them) implausible, sure, but I can no more prove that Kris Kristofferson isn't a 12ft lizard than I can prove that there's no bearded omnipotent figure sitting on the nearest cloud... Which is not to say that I give credence to either view, simply to say that truth is a largely subjective thing. To be honest I'd rather not be doing this in relation to David Icke because, in all fairness, he does seem like rather a twat but this thread does seem to be full of people glibly dismissing ideas which don't fit their own view of reality with irritating ease, marking someone, off as a 'conspiraloon' without a second's thought.

Still, I'm retiring gracefully from this thread, I have a meeting of the New World Order to attend, Kris is going to perform a few of the Highwaymen's old hits and the Queen is going to get drunk and eat a few babies, should be a good night.

If you had bothered to read your own link pk, you would have noticed that the 'anti-semitic' slur is based on the idea that 'lizard' is some kind of codeword for 'Jew'. But why let that bother you repeating this tired old nonsense?

Perhaps your source should tell Icke himself. It's difficult to feel sorry for a man who's making a good living out of telling his schizophrenic tall tales in public. It's also worth pointing out that Icke's most devoted supporters are all too keen to have him appear in whatever mental condition, much like Dr Jazz here.

Trouble is, denying Icke the chance to speak because of his fragile mental state is just likely to Icke proclaiming that he's been censored, further fuelling his paranoid, self-important witterings. We've been here before - Dr Jazz reiterating David Icke's unfounded claims about censorship on these very boards.

The professor in PK's article puts it very well:

No, because Icke is not racist; he expresses love for all humans (even the ones that need rockets up their arses ;) ). Having a go at the Talmud and other religious doctrines does not make him racist.

Racist groups see nothing in Icke, as editor's quotes showed. And Icke has no truck with them.

He is referring elite 'cliques'. That in no way means he is blaming any race.
