bulk emails being blocked

several customers are being blocked on my bulk emails on Sender
the spam report says this below and all of them are on Talk Talk but so am i
any idea why and is it risky addingt hem to a different bulk mailer ie Mailchimp?

even stranger is when i go in to the report many of these have opened a previous email , then next one is blocked , then opened one, then blocked ,,,weird
