Building an extension for my cat

Can anyone recommend me a local builder in Chelsea who builds extensions? No foreigners please and must have good references, preferably from well known members of parliament.

Our 10 bedroom house is simply not big enough for our cat, Richard the turd, and I'm looking into building an extension for him and all his torys, I mean, toys.

i've been building an extension for my cat but now the vet's getting jumpy about whether giving the cat extendable bionick limbs is ethical.
