Best number of days to stay in Yorkshire for vacation

My friends and I are planning to go to Yorkshire for next year’s summer. Since we have this provider of holiday cottages Yorkshire Coast based where we can book an accommodation and already set our budget, the only major problem we currently have is our schedule. All of us have quite a hectic schedule at our respective jobs, so meeting up in such a trip can be rather hard for us. So can you tell us the best number of days to stay in Yorkshire that will allow us to enjoy everything that the place can provide? Thanks!

If you're in Hull one day is enough. If you're in Scarborough two days, maybe. One day whitby, one day York. The moors are nice for a day. Leeds is alright for a cup of coffee, otherwise there's nothing worth bothering with.

The food in Yorkshire is terrible. They produce undrinkable tea and terrible beer. The days are dark and long, filled with the howling of whippets, and yapping of terriers.
