Over 300 people killed so far according to news agencies.

The situation was escalating, and on the day that protesters stormed her residence it has been revealed that Sheikh Hasina already resigned and fled the country.

Now the delicate moment looms where we see who fills the void and whether a sense of democracy is retained.

That remark about the return of the Razakars seemed to tip it over to the end for her, but then I've seen claims of sectarian violence going on amidst the general upheaval, though hard to parse the truth from afar and given the vested interests of most commentators.
