Look very snazzy and powerful but I wonder about the cooling.

Their ultrabooks from previous ranges ran pretty damn hot. I wonder if theyve made any major changes inside... cos if not they might suffer from thermal throttling etc. Will check out the inevitable future Dave 2D video n see... he really knows his stuff.

Looks nice, but I expect the keyboard is as bad as most thin notebooks. My 10 year old ThinkPad may be antediluvian, but it has a proper keyboard with chunky keys - I just can't deal with the modern, teeny keys thing, have to use an external keyboard instead.

reviewers going wild again about thin bezels round shit / low res screens.
i'd be interested to know how the touchpads are, while i really like my Lenovo Yoga for the price point compared to what you get for it the trackpad is utter dog shit and i have yet to find a PC laptop with a decent one.

I must be the only person on the planet that still wants a trackpad with clickity buttons instead of vague left/right click area.

The Dell XPSs are very good but as far as so-called ultrabooks go I prefer the workhorse Latitude line which still have decent enough key travel given the relative thin-ness (still apocalyptically chubby by most fashion standards though) and Proper Buttons on the trackpad if you like that sort of thing.

Echo the Dell XPS, especially the trackpad, best one i've used on a none Macbook device by far, not long had one for my work machine and it's a great laptop, but not cheap.

Yeah I've got a dell xps 15 and it's brilliant generally.

Considering how mine is a few years old I think the bezels are pretty bloody thin and the screen pretty amazing quality as it is. But not quite in the same league though as the new stuff, I guess!

Yes, these are such a stunning series of ASUS Zenbook laptops.ZenBook 13, 14 and 15 feature a new frameless ASUS NanoEdge display, with ultraslim bezels on all four sides that offers a stunning 95% screen-to-body ratio.
