Anyone using Monzo bank cards?

Ive got revolut, really like it. I’ve started using it as a budgeting tool, so each month I transfer my “spending money” over and I leave my current account to the bills. Also like the vault section it’s great

I've got Revolut too. I mostly just use it as an FX fee-free credit card for a couple of small monthly direct debits in foreign currency. I don't use it much beyond this as it's easier and more lucrative to keep purchases to a different cashback card. However I like that you can keep reserves of USD or Euros and buy crypto too.

I haven't used vaults yet. How are you using it Dovydaitis? It looks like an interest earning savings account?

Looks like Monzo (and Starling) are the top rated banks by how satisfied people and firms are with their services.

I'm using both and jesus the Monzo app is a cluttered mess compared to Starling.

Not sure if they do this with Monzo or any of the others, but I like the feature in Revolut where you can use a disposable credit card number so for any slightly iffy online retailers you can give them that number knowing it can only be used once.

Ended up with one kind of accidentally and was pleased to discover it is fee-free when abroad. All my other cards take about 3%.

Yes, its a great feature. I used revout for a bit for this once Nationwide got rid of this, but don't need it anymore with Starling as its a "proper" bank account.

So, I've had Monzo plus for a few months but this month I cant afford to pay the £5 til this evening. I contacted them yesterday to let them know this but they have cancelled it, and cancelled the blue metal card that goes with it, and said to use the coral card, however they cancelled this when I got the blue card so I cant withdrawn any cash when I get it later. Can I speak to anyone? Only through the app, when I asked someone to call me to discuss, they sad it would take a while for someone to get back to me. That was 4 hours ago. I'm starting to lose faith in them tbh.
