It says that you get upto £2000 for a car but I can't for the life of me establish what 'upto' means? In theory they could pay me a penny.
Also, I sorn my car recently. No insurance, no road tax and soon to be no MOT. 3 things. The reason was because of the ulez expansion will mean I won't be able to drive it, so I bought another car.
The scrappage scheme form asks me for my insurance details, etc. Does anyone know if I can't get the scrapping money because of these 3 things?
