Anyone have spare BIR Zone visitor permits?

Does anyone have any scratchy BIR (as opposed to BR) zone visitor parking permits they would happily sell?
It seems that first time applications for the new virtual ones don't turn around any more quickly than the old ones...

Could alternatively exchange for the BR permits which I have.

Check your login page. My e-vouchers appeared in there automatically without them telling me.
