Anyone been to the Ernesto Neto installations at the Hayward?

And here he is this weekend trotting off to a Henry Moore sculpture park. A right little kulcha vulcha ain't he?

Yeah, worth booking in advance for the paddling pool of it might be a nice day
Not as good as his other stuff imo (too much wood getting in the way) but still worth seeing. And some of the new decor stuff on the floor below is cool too.
If you book a meal deal at skylon in royal festival hall (2 courses for 20 quid) you can get into the exhibition for free (usually 11 quid) - so effectively a really nice brazilian meal for 9 pounds... think about it. Also if you're with hsbc take your card along and when you buy your ticket you get a voucher for a free cocktail.

Blimey that sounds good :hmm:

Drag0n - I'm up on the last weekend in August and I have to fit in at least one exhibition to justify it :D It would be nice if some others wanted to tag along too

I'd probably be up for it (and the lunch thing - sounds value) but not if you wanted to go some crazy early in the morning shit.

I think marty has... sure I've seen a pic of him in some odd orange igloo thing :D

It was a lot of fun, worth going to, the tent/igloo thing was great, there is also a little swimming pool on the roof, you have to book that.

aye, although Mrs21 organises these things, I just go along

What was the Henry Moore park like?

it is lovely, I'll post some pictures later, it's the gardens of his old gaff, in Much Hadham in Herts, about 30 or so statues in the grounds, plus a couple of galleries exhibiting prints. You get to tour his house too, that was a bit dull tbf, you have to be accompanied by a tour guide, I don't really like that sort of thing. But the statues are brilliant, lovely gardens too.

I'd love to see some pictures. I like Henry Moore. I found out soemthing interesting about him a couple of months ago but I've forgotten it already :D

That deal is for a maximum of 6 people and last orders for lunch are 2.30. Reckon we can do it?
