Sorry but I don't trust my mum 100% as last time I asked her, she deliberately added in grammar errors. ( like eg instead of e.g.). Luckily there was already an internal candidate, so it didn't have any effect on my prospects.

I don't think there's much wrong with it, I just want a quick sanity check, as it's quite a complex topic to learn in a week!
