Amanda Knox Is Innocent

you going to wish AIDS on me again garf? And its funny how you didn't demand phil stayed on topic when he went off with his shite about poetry. Not that you're a raging hypocrite or anything.

Go n have a wank over your pics of phil n knoxy, there's a good lil boy
keep going...

Your points are so eloquent and intelligent...

still at least the initial assessment of you is still holding up...

I love what it says about a man that someone treading on his dick some months ago is brought up again...

s'matter bellies... not able to converse at any adult level...

damn, if only i'd deliberately mis-spelth things and called you a 'turd burglar' you'd have been really impressed.

I'm so distraught.

Belly, do you have an opinion on the Amanda Knox case?

If so, what is it?

If not, you can join Plaid Dragon in the poetic contemplation of his micro-penis.

I have already stated various parts of my view on it (if you recall, my last point, you told me, was idiotic and obviously not true, and then you crawled off when I showed you that I was, in fact, quite right).

So, fuck off, dwyer. :)

You're hallucinating again, Belly.

With that kind of imagination you really are best off with Plaid Dragon and the "mellowest of men."

uhuh. I am slightly suprised you are skulking away from the facts this way phil, I'd expect it off garf, but i thought you were an honourable man! Shame.

What are you on about? A defendent can lie in court without committing perjury? Time to put down the crack pipe muchacho.
weird, but apparently true. At least according to wiki:
"The defendant can be called to the stand, but he may refuse to bear testimony,[18] or he may refuse to answer some questions. He can also lie. Since he does not take an oath and since he is not technically a witness, if a defendant tells a lie, he is not committing perjury."

Now, what's that phrase again? Oh yes! Fuck off dwyer.

I'm not sure about her guilt or not, but the whole investigation and trial was poorly done. There must be loads of grounds for acquittal (or retrial?).

still awaiting your reply, philip.

(oh, & I'm a skinny fucker, so it'd be more like the floundering of a beached eel)

I was speaking figuratively--you know, like Plaid Dragon with his "mellowest of men."

Anyway, what was your question? And you'll have to wait for my response a little longer as I'm off to do a bit of work now.

they're still on a their summer holidays! The appeal is only being heard on saturdays, and not all of them if one of the multitude of judges/lawyers/jurors have a wedding to go to, or anything more implrtant, like that.

No I didn't! I want more of Fried Dragon's poetry!

"But no! I hear you cry. How soon the fickle forget the heady days of '89. Would Trotsky have taken his trots lying down? Would Castro have been castrated?...."
When you haven't even got any of your own for us to laugh at, it's a bit rich to be acting a cunt about. Obsessed.

Did she seem like a murderer to you?

Murderers come in all types. A lot happen through circumstances. Nobody can make a snap judgement in five minutes. That's jusy silly.

When Fred West was collered, his neighbours of many years were shocked,

I was talking about this case to an Italian colleague yesterday. She told me that Knox's co-accused is the son of one Italy's richest men, and that his lawyer has done a lot of legal work for Silvio B.

Not sure what to make of that, to be honest.

Sollecito's family - his father is a urologist - was wealthy enough to buy their student son a flat in Perugia.

Wealthy, but not "one of Italy's richest men" if the BBC is to be believed.

His lawyer was Giulia Bongiorno

So, what's the score with Knoxy's appeal currently?

There's an article on the Guardian website today suggesting she's confident of being acquitted within days of the hearing starting (begininng of October).

However, the prosecution are arguing legal technicalities about reveiwing the DNA evidence after 2 years.

Wealthy families involved. World media attention. Powerful lawyers. Italy's reputation already sore (re:Belusconi stuff). They are going to have to be very open and very thorough. Seems she is currently winning the media war. Ultimately, they may be the biggest factor. She'll be even more rich when she gets out. I'm still not convinced about her innocence. But, the whole case is fogged with bad reports and lies all round.

The other very annoying thing about this is that the victim and her family seem to have all been forgotten.
That's because every chance they get they go on about how she did it and should stay in jail. They seem very keen not to go into it not surprisingly so people are leaving them alone.

OK. That seems fair enough, although her father is one of those UK hack journo's.

I can see Berlusconi benefitting from an acquittal for many reasons. Surely not a factor to be ignored.
