Every OCG and I do mean every single one of them, is doomed to failure from the get go. They may have a run of good fortune and make a few quid at whatever but invariably they'll be grassed up, get too cocky and take risks etc etc. Once you go past a certain point in criminality, irrespective of anything else, there's only 2 outcomes, prison for the long run or the grave.
