Er maybe cos that ship has sailed, docked and rotted away in a harbour long since. how do the bank accountless get cash anyway. That rather restricts them to the casual economy, which is not generally known for it's inclusivity, fair practise and workers rights.
If you want to actively argue...
...and that our go-to solution to that problem isn't to make it less necessary to have a bank account, but rather to make sure everybody has a bank account. Fine bunch of lefties we are :D
To reference a popular U75 meme, KeirStarmer’s time it seems to me is far from 'up'. It's only just...

He hates losing... which is why it's easier for him to appease swithering Tory voters than make the case for the left and risk losing.
Guiltiest pleasure... a pint with friends. WTF?
What was the last lie you told? :D
Oh my.
'Who would play you in the film of your life?
I’ve got to go for Colin Firth because he played Mark Darcy, the human-rights lawyer in Bridget Jones’s Diary. There’s been this rumour going on for years that he’s modelled on me – and the honest answer is, I don’t know.'
:D...
Probably because he doesn't give a shit and he's worried about alienating potential returning Labour voters who might view 'lefty lawyers' in an unfavourable light.
