Urgent Conversations with Moderators

Please note that if you have something that urgently needs attending to, make sure you include more than one mod in the private conversation.

Mods aren't on line all the time, and even when they are, they may not have the time or the ability to immediately respond to your request, no matter how important it is.

So please ensure you add at last two other mods in your conversation to increase the chances of it being dealt with promptly.
