Astounding work from the Boredoms drummer, who’s probably best known as the title character of the 2002 Flaming Lips album.

Yet another star from the centre of the musical universe, aka Sheffield. Groovy hip-hop with collaborations aplenty, even with people not from Sheffield.

No, because they are Number 30 and 31 in fact. Doves are 29. The double 27 means there is no 28, but there is a 26.

So far, I enjoyed the Mistabishie album and Toddla T. Not enough to make it in to my personal list, but worthy of being in the Urban countdown I think.

They go in for tempo changes and Slayer-style drumming but that's about it on the metal front. Everything else is punk-influenced.
