Some advice about telephone interviews...

...if you're a shit talker or have a crappy quiet/mono-tone voice - it's best to stand up during the telephone interview.

Stand up and walk about. Use your arms. Get some emotion going.
Have your points written down. Be clear and straight to the point.

Have your motivations written down.
Have at least 10 questions ready.
And 10 reasons why they should be picking you.

Also, at the end, ask if they have any queries or shit regarding you and the job.

Three pints strong lager 20 minutes beforehand.

If you're using a mobile phone, make sure you have the charger to hand.
