you're missing the point of this thread by a long way....

i think nirvana were a really really good rock band myself. it is interesting now i'm a bit more objective about it how important the way dave grohl plays the drums was. I heard them in a bar last night and i think without him they would have just been a whiny bloke yelling about foetuses and stuff like that, but with that group it worked

He was a totally crap drummer. No feel, no sense of rhythm, no soul. Pretty much like the whole group really. And Cobain's lyrics were the most tiresome adolescent whinging. You disappoint me.
