Cardiff Arsenal OFF

Is it likely that any replay will bring Swansea and Cardiff down to London on the same day again?

They've stiched me right up by moving the match to valentines day. :(

I'm just lucky that Becki hadn't bought her train tickets to come to Wales yet.

How many Cardiff men / woman are going to be in the doghouse telling their other halves that they are off to London on valentines day? Cause like well i already bought the ticket didn't i etc.

9000 peeps were heading to Arsenal. I can understand why they don't want to risk it and have made an early call.

Its not worth QPR cancelling for the 20 or so swansea fans who can afford the petrol to tow their homes to London for the day.

hold on its at arsenal?

thats shockingly poor standards? how are arsenal not able to stage the game or has it been done on the basis that trains wont be running?

Arsenal dont call games off - the match would have been perfectly playable. The last time I remember a match being called off at Arsenal was something like 1980.

Crazy

1:30?

Thats good news for me. I've booked a posh restaurant in London for 19:00 and it was going to be 'interesting' getting there after the match if it ended at 17:00ish.

It's almost certainly down to everything other than the pitch itself. Transport's a bit iffy today you may have noticed

Setanta will no longer be showing the match.
So that's something like £160k we'll be missing out on?

Lots of Cardiff fans couldn't get to the game but at least got to see it on telly. Not any more. So yep those refund tickets should sell. Providing valentines day isn't an issue for em.
