Blow to Pan EUropean Trade Unions

I mentioned earlier this year a couple of ECJ cases :

Laval un Partneri C-341/05 & Viking ship Rosella C-438/05

concerning the right to protest over the already given right to of employers to relocate within EU.

Not finalized yet but from what The Advocate-General has said is looking like ECJ will leave trade union disputes at national level while maintaining EU wide rights for employers.
