and Venezuelan oppositionist Alecksander Boyd has filed a defamation claim against the Mayor of London for describing him as a “supporter of terrorism” for his advocacy of violence agsinst the Chavez government.

Given the quotes attributable to Mr Boyd (see below) this looks like the most doomed legal proceedings since Neil Hamilton tried to sue Muhammad Al Fayed for describing him as a corrupt liar.
