Skiing near Barcelona

I´m looking to go skiing for a few days someplace near Barcelona. Google recommends various places, but am yet to find any info / advice on the best way for a couple of beginners to organise two or three days accomodation, equipment hire and classes.

Any tips?

I know I saw a thread about this a while ago, but finding nothing. Also, not getting much from google...
