Obama is a "Palestinian!"

In what is sure to be a shocker, it has been revealed today that US President Elect Barack Hussein Obama is actually "Palestinian!" Well, to be exact, he is Bedua!

53 year old Sheikh 'Abdullah Rahman 'Abdul, mukhtar (chief/mayor) of Bir al Maksour village in Galilee revealed the blockbuster news in a televised interview late yesterday. The proof?

"We the Bedua have a special quality, we know who a person is and to which clan he belongs and according to his body movements we knew we were related. We believe that 2/3rds of a boy comes from his maternal uncles and there is a resemblance to his uncles. After we pondered it, and after we asked around, we realised that we are related to Obama."

Asked about "proof," "As well as this proof (sic), if we look at the Bush family for example, if you look at the son and the father, you see that they look similar"

Actually, Mukhtar Sheikh 'Abdul said he really does have proof in the form of pictures and documents, but his 95 year old mum will not let him reveal them. He said the clan is more than willing to do so, but only once Obama has ascended to the Presidency and hopefully as part of a clan delegation to personally present these things to their long lost relative at a ceremony in the White House.

The revelation has been the talk of Arab Galilee and Arabs, "Palestinians," and Bedua from near and far have made their way to the small village to hobknob with what they believe to be "local royalty." In any event the clans downtrodden status has been elevated to a high degree in the status oriented Bedua society. Prior to the stunning revelation Bir al Maksour village was best known as the home to a gang of marauding rapists who had attacked several women, including an armed soldier.

Mukhtar Sheikh 'Abdul hopes that this event will help bring the long stalled "Trans-Israel Hiway" that was supposed to pass right by the village, thus bringing some badly needed busineeses to the small village.

Asked what the relationship could really mean in the long term, 'Abdul said, "People are very happy. It is the first time that we have a black and Bedua President! When Obama won we even named newborn babies after him."

Asked what the family might offer Obama besides the promised documents and photos, 'Abdul said, "We grant a person we love who is victorious (sic) either a sword, a horse, or a bride. We do not want to give him a wife though because we might upset his wife."

See what they say about 6 Degrees? It really is a small world after all! I would pick a horse.

On a serious note though there are many black Bedua, and a smaller number of black "Palestinians" and Israeli-Arabs. The International Slave Trade is believed to have originated with Arabs and in any event it was they who spread it further than anyone. Israel outlawed slavery early on but locals persisted with the practice, after all Arabia only outlawed it in 1963.

Like any long standing traditional or culturism it is very difficult to challenge people's values and mores. The idiomatic Arabic for a "black person" is the Arabic word for "slave." To this day, when Arabs meet in the area and one is black, the lighter one will ask "Whose are you?"

Slaving raids, by Bedua, officialy began early in the English administration, in the 1920s. Unofficialy it continued and of course most did come from east Africa so although it is very unlikely, it is always possible. Of course they base it on nonsense but it is not outswude the realm of the believable.

Most black Bedua live in the Negev, but there ARE a scattering of black Bedua in Galilee although for the life of me I do not remember ever seeing any around that village.

LittleBabayJesus: "Most, not all, none inside my head though. Thanks for caring. Beats therapy!

As for the other geniuses who care only enough to denigrate me, this is a very widely reported story INTERNATIONALLY. Indeed, it was a Brit media source that broke it I believe. If it bothers you, it is something in your own personality that you need to correct. Do not try to ptoject your own inadequacies onto me. Thanks in advance.

Snadge: Gee, just when I was getting the piss and viengar worked up! Second time you have done that to me! I think it is a conspiracy!

SciFi: See, the thing is this. It is actually 100% true! I mean, I would like to imagine myself to be so creative but in reality I am but a befuddled observer.

Snadge: I knew it! Wait, got to go, the Black Copter is picking me uip for a meeting with ZOG under the White House!

Coccinelle: It is the sound of a tree falling in the forest. Hope it helps.

Rutita: Good question but I do know one thing, I managed to post it without a single expletive!

So the truth is Obama is really a black Arab, which means he's a slave. We know this because of the way he walks and the fact that Bushes senior and junior look alike. A small, despised village has gained a lot in status due to this claim, but that doesn't signify anything at all.

Ruita: Do not blame others for your shortcomings. That is childish in the extreme.

Scifi: Well, it actually means nothing other than an interesting slice of life, and all the more so because the area in question (Israel, et al) is often viwed in black and white terms (no pun intended). People see it as blood and gore, hatred and G-D when it is many more things and then some.

The funny thing is, back when we were at college, Barack once said, apropos of nothing in particular, that he'd be "happy to see the Jews driven into the sea".

Which Jews and which sea he never specified.

I suppose it doesn't matter now.

Frog: "It is 'Bedouin,' not "Bedua'.": "Bedouin" is a French word, and means nothing to people of the region. "Bedua" is the Arabic. Actually the Classical Arabic is "Bedu" (pronounced Beh-doo), Bedua being the colloquial
("Bed-wah"). You can also use the Classical Arabic singular which is "Badawee" but using "Bedua" for the singular is also OK if meant as a "a Bedua," etc.

"Bedouin" is just typical of the European (i.e. Whiteman) obession with neat little boxes that correlate to their narrow worldview. Sort of like a European saying "West Bank," etc.

Rutita: "Sorry about the missspelling, I assure you it was NOT on purpose.

Sleater: You should be careful saying such things because it can earn you a visit from the US Secret Service, or the M1 as proxy. Had a mate who was at a pub and saw Bush the elder giving a speech way back when and said, "Pleeeease, soemone shoot him!" in the most sarcastic manner. 2 days later he got a visit and spent a week in MCC (NYC Federal lockup) as they had im evaluated psychiatrically, and fully investigated. By law they have to check even the most sarcastic of comments.

JeffRobinson: Such intellectual accumen! You should be well proud.
