I mean I know it's not a biopic, but pretty much.
Have you seen it? It's meant to be horrific but it wasn't that bad. I mean it was bad, but not as awful as people said I reckon.
The weirdest thing was they had set it in the 80s and made no effort to make it look like the 80s.
Max Beesley does a funny american accent and he's called Dice and noone can work out whether he's mean to be nice or not, and he wears a dice necklace and sleeveless t shirts and when Mariah sings in the club (in her weirdo shiny outfit with matching baseball cap) he does this really funny camp 'OUCH!' face.
And this club that Dice works in, every night they're all dressed in a theme. Like 'leopard print' theme. Only noone mentions the theme, it's just there so you wonder if you imagined it.
And at one point there is this tramp that you think is Mariah's mum and you're screaming 'talk to your mum!' but it turns out it isn't her mum after all.
It makes me wonder if Swept Away is as bad as everyone said too?
