The case that I recall easiest here is the case of a teeenage Gazan girl whose propane stove exploded as she cooked super for her brothers. Treated locally which is usually the first option, her doctors almost killed her with shoddy treatment that led to massive infection of her face and neck areas which had been burned the worst.
She was then treated in Israel, here life was saved, and she was eventually able to return home to Gaza, scarred but quite healthy physically. She of course required follow up treatments to minimise that scarring as well as psychological counseling because her fiance rejected her based on her disfigurement.
This enabled her to get a Humanitairna Express Pass which is one of the many different levels of passes given to non-Israeli Arabs annd others who must cross the Green-Line for Humanitarian reasons and who mut do so in a guanrateed timely fashion due to exact appointment times,etc.
She then decided to strap Semtex and ball bearings to her body, return to the hospital that had saved her life and that wa continuing to treat her absolutely free, and detonate as she sat in the waiting area, once her caregivers appeared, thus not only killing her fellow patients, many of whom are Gazans treated free of charge as all are, as well as her physician and nurses. Niiiiiiice.
She was interecepted at the borrder, and for full disclosure it is a case with which I do have personal connections to, and a roboto disarmed her.

There needs to be some mechanism get those in Gaza out who need urgent medical treatment into decent hospitals but in a secure manner to avoid the possiblity of terrorists using the mechanism as a loophole to kill Israelis.
Maybe the British Army with their extensive counterinsurgency knowledge could run such a scheme for the Israelis and the Palestinians?

Keyboard: For the record, we have treated countless Gazans and Arabs for many nations, free of charge, and have done so to our own detriment. All that is actually needed is a lack of murderous intent on some of their part and things should be peachy.

You're SECOND claim was that the producers of the show that featured the section of Captain R admitted in court that their section was 'pure fantasy'-that claim was made way back December 2006. I repeatedly asked you for evidence of this.
Finally you're THIRDdisputed claim was made the same month-that at the time the trial had indeed ended. Again I repeatedly asked you for evidence of this.
So.....some TWO months after consistent badgering and requests not just from me the dreaded insult was thrown. Of course-what was your response? Did you refuse to engage? Did you turn your back on me?

Stories like the one initiating this thread spring from a B'tzelem Report dating to this past Autumn where a Gazan cancer patient died while waiting at Erez for 5 hours. Sorry, but cancer kills whether you cross in 39 seconds or 10 hours. Noone should have to wait more than one hour but traffic and/or security concerns are a reality and HAMAS and PIJ have created this, not us.
