Actor Jack Klugman who played Quincy in the TV show, Quincy ME, has died aged 90.

I don't think I ever watched a full show, but remembered it being on a lot and liked the music.

I do wonder about how much the persons persona is imbued by the parts they play. These people are just play actors, they are not actually the heroes they play, they just spent a large part of their lives pretending to be people who were heroes. And in death they are still often treated as if they actually were the heroes that they played.

A cleaner who slaved their whole lives to provide for their family has a more valid life.

Was just reading about him in the BBC website, didn't know he'd had throat cancer in the 80s and got himself speaking and acting again.
