Oopsies

Low fat, low carb, gluten free....

So eggs, cream cheese and baking powder....like a kind of big cheesey fluffly omlette/meringue? I'm very confused about what that is going to be like.
 
has anyone actually tasted them yet? I'm tempted to buy the ingredients to give it a go, but really can't imagine how the taste goes with what it looks like.:confused:
 
It went a little wrong, in that I got egg yolk in the whites and it wouldn't whisk to a stiff white, but.....I poured the mix into a cupcake type baking tray so I've got little Oopsies. They taste alright, and are really quite filling. I can even imagine making a sweet version. :thumbs:
 
Oopsies is a stupid name.
I made some today and at them with a burger they don't have much taste.
They were ok, not like bread but reasonable. More satisfying than a burger on a plate with salad.
If you need to cut out bread these are something to hold on to makes the burger experience more real

Next time I will add some dried 'erbs and maybe some mustard powder or parmesan to the mix.
